Owner and quality lead
Writes each plant's program and reads the first audit report with your quality manager, tab by tab.
About
We are thirty people working out of an office on Holmgren Way in Green Bay. Our routes are cheese and dairy plants, bakeries, packers and warehouses, and nothing else, so every report and every binder is written for someone who has to answer to an auditor.
That shapes how we work. We write the procedure before the first visit, we number every device, and we keep the records current so that audit week is an ordinary week.
