Questions

Questions about plant pest control

How much does a plant program cost?

It depends on the building, the number of devices, how often we visit and how much binder support your audit needs. We don't print figures. You get a written proposal within five business days of the walk-through.

Are you certified to SQF or BRCGS?

No. A certification body certifies a plant after it audits it. Our binder supports audits against SQF, BRCGS and similar standards by keeping the pest control records complete and current.

How often do you visit?

Your plan sets the interval for each area. Receiving docks and rooms with open product are usually checked more often than dry storage.

Do the products touch our food or packaging?

We rely on monitoring devices first. A product is applied only where the label and your food safety plan allow it, never over open product, and each use is recorded in Tab 8 with the date, area and amount. We tell you before we apply anything, and you decide when production is clear.

Do you work around our shifts?

Yes. We plan visits around your schedule and site rules and confirm the window in writing before the first one.

Do your technicians follow our plant rules?

They follow your hairnet, jewelry, footwear and tool rules, sign your visitor log and work with an escort where you require one.

What if the same pest keeps coming back?

Results vary by building and by pest. We trend the counts, name what we think is driving them, and list the fix as a corrective action. If it traces to our schedule, the service guarantee on the Response page applies.

Do you offer a no-contract option?

Programs are set up around a written agreement, because the binder only means something if the visits are regular. The agreement states how either side can end it.

Where do you work, and what don't you do?

We serve plants and warehouses in Brown, Outagamie and Kewaunee counties. We don't service homes, restaurants or stores, and we don't do wildlife removal or whole-building fumigation.
