What we collect

When you send the form we receive your name, plant or company, phone number, email address if you give one, and what you tell us about the plant. When you call, we note the number and what you report. When you email us a photo, we see the photo and your address.

How we use it

We use it to answer you, schedule a walk-through or a visit, and keep the record of work done at your plant. We don't sell it or use it for marketing lists.

Your plant's records

Floor plans, reports and logs you share with us stay with your account. We share them only with people you name, such as your auditor.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, and have it corrected or deleted, by writing to hello@vangplantpest.com. We keep service records as long as the law, your agreement or our insurer requires.
