Plant programs
Six parts of a plant program
Every plant's program is built from these. Your walk-through decides which ones, where they go and how often we check them.
Exterior device ring
Tamper-resistant stations around the building, the dock aprons and the property line, numbered, locked and logged.
Checked on the interval your plan sets
Condition and activity noted for every station
Moved only with a new map
Interior monitoring
Traps and monitors at doors, drains and wall lines, in the rooms your food safety plan names.
Placed where a pest would travel, not where it's easy
Counted and reset every visit
Moves recorded in Tab 4
Flying insect monitoring
Light devices and sticky traps where product is open, staged or packed.
Boards changed and counted on a schedule
Counts trended by area and month
Placement reviewed with your quality manager
Stored-product checks
Ingredient and dry-goods storage inspected pallet by pallet, oldest stock first.
Pheromone monitors where your plan calls for them
Findings tied to a lot or a pallet location
Disposal decisions stay with you
Dock and door checks
Sweeps, gaps and seals at every dock door and personnel entry.
Gaps written up with a photo where cameras are allowed
Repairs listed as your corrective actions
Re-checked on the next visit
Drains and wet areas
Drain-fly and moisture pests flagged, with the sanitation fix named.
We flag; your sanitation team fixes
Recurring spots trended
Product used only where the label and your plan allow
Scope
What we don't do
We keep to plants and warehouses, and we say so up front.
Homes, restaurants and stores
Our routes and records are built for food plants and distribution centers. We can point you to a local firm for a home.
Wildlife and fumigation
Animals larger than a rodent, and whole-building fumigation, are outside what we do.
Sanitation and repairs
We flag a drain, a gap or a dock seal. Fixing it is yours, and we log it as a corrective action until it is closed.
Next step
Tell us which rooms keep you up at night
We'll start the walk-through there.
