Pricing
How a plant program is priced
We don't print prices, because two plants of the same size can need very different programs. Here is what moves the number and when you get it.
What decides the price
The price follows the work, and the work follows the building.
Floor area and the number of rooms we service
Device count, inside and out
Visit interval: weekly, every two weeks or monthly
Second shift or weekend visits
How much binder support your audit needs
What the estimate includes, and what it doesn't
A written proposal after the walk-through.
Included: the walk-through, a draft device map, the visit schedule, the report format and the response times
Not included: sanitation, building repairs, equipment, or visits outside the plan
Not included: any fee your certification body charges
What happens at the visit
The walk-through takes a morning. We go receiving to shipping with your plant and quality managers, note what your food safety plan covers and sketch where devices would go. There is no fee for the walk-through and no obligation to sign the proposal that follows.
After hours
We don't send technicians to plants overnight. A message left after hours is read at 5:30 a.m. on weekdays and 7 a.m. on Saturday. Weekend cover is possible, and if you want it, it is a line in your plan with its own price.
When you get the number
In writing, within five business days of the walk-through, as a monthly program fee with the visit interval beside it. Changes to the scope are agreed in writing before they start.
Next step
Get the number in writing
Start with the walk-through. The proposal follows it.
